Just a quick post tonight to say we made it home from our weekend in Arlington. We got home about 5:30pm, after taking a slight detour when the freeway all of a sudden slowed way down (we happened to be right near an exit -- for New Waverly -- that we could take a different route home). I'm sure it was longer and perhaps the freeway would have started moving again, but it was definitely more scenic!
We had a nice weekend visiting with some of Brian's family. I will share more details and a few pictures hopefully tomorrow! It's going to be a busy, busy day (and a busy week)!
